Recent posts on various forums and feedback at trade shows pointed out that the IFD510 and IFD540 did not have a Track-Up display capability.
Avidyne agrees that this was an unfortunate feature oversight and has officially added it to the definition of the baseline feature set for initial release. We'd like to thank the IFD5XX depositors and product reviewers for highlighting that and helping to make this a better product.

All, TRACK UP is a HUGH benefit, and glad to see it as an option. Heck, it's the industry standard on most high end FMS, and MUCH easier to fly than heading or north up. Great move, Avidyne. (now we need that option on the EX500/600).
