Hi All,

At the risk of revealing my stupidity, I have not been able to connect the IFD100 app to the IFD540s.

I am running, two IFD540.  They are configured as Unit #2, then Unit #1.  The WiFi for each device is revers of that (Unit #2 is LIO_WIFI1 & Unit #1 is LIO_WIFI2!).

I have 10.2 loaded on both IFD's.  Same Navdata and Chart cycles on each and the IFD100 app (although terrain is not matched.. I'm investigating why that isn't on my Jepp cycle!).

I have followed the instructions on the Avidyne site:

1. ALLOW for WiFi/BT
2. Setting correct Chassis ID in the iPad.
3. Connecting to the Correct WiFi network for the Chassis ID selected (p/word 12345abcd.. although I had to go searching for that!!)
4. Starting the app. then disabling WiFi on the iPad to go through the Jepp login, then exit Jepp login.
5. Enable WiFi again and check connection with IFD540

I have no initial connection with the ipad and no love from the app!  In the AUX/SYS page of the app it says something to the effect of 'no IFD config received'.  I also get 'No Comm with VHF' and 'No 429 Data Recvd' CAS msg on the iPad.

I am extremely eager to get this up and running properly, and would appreciate any assistance.

Thanks in advance. :)

Just want to confirm you are actually using this, abcdef1234, password. You can also change the password and SSID in the maintenance mode.
