I cut a deal at EAA AirVenture with Jeppessen for. ALL U.S. (previously only had Central). Now my E5000L MFD won't accept the downloaded file via USB. Nav Data is no problem.   Does anyone know who I can talk to Avidyne regarding this? I heard this isn't unusual. But what's the fix? Jepp doesn't know. Thanks

You may need to get a new CMAX code from Avidyne for the new subscription (you can do it online), enter it in JDM before you program the flashdrive

When I tried to upload the last Chart cycle it flashed a proceed button then to the blue splash screen

Today with the next cycle I get the following message

Ah, the joys of dealing with Jeppesen.  If they had any competition at all, they'd either cease to exist, or else they'd finally get their act together.  Too bad for us that they don't.
