IFD100 won't activate |

I had trouble with my IFD100 app connecting to my IFD440 after the latest update, I had updated both. I uninstalled the app, reinstalled it, and now it won't let me activate it so I can download the data bases. It shows I have 1 available seat, it's the same Ipad I was using. I emailed Jepessen and they said it looks like a problem with the app and they see nothing wrong in my account or on there end.
