I have the IFD100, 10.2.4 release..
On the AUX page, calculators, fuel planner, (flight planner), I forget which.. But, the "faster I go, the longer it takes". I believe the code/math is incorrect. The fuel used, and MPG seems to work correctly. On the upside, I performed the "fix" for the ADS-B degraded, on the thumbnail, and it works normally now, on the IFD 440. Regards, Randy

The service bulletin from Avidyne.
Basically, (and if you don't have the SB, don't believe me,) IFD440 rs232 page in mx mode: select adsb +(G) in the appropriate section. Skytrax: (4.1.0 or higher)in the inputs tab, select ADS-B in the inputs tab for the gps option. (Mine was ADS-B avidyne 440/540, I selected that one.) This is in no way "tech support", I do NOT work for Avidyne, and it is listed, only for information, proceed at your own risk. Better yet, get the SB and follow the instructions. Regards, Randy

In the App Store, select the purchased icon at the bottom, under the "Avidyne IFD100" app should be the Version number (10.2.4)

I'm not able to download Avidyne IFD100 v10.2.4 from the App Store. On my iPad Pro 10.5, I'm running iOS 11.1 and IFD100 v10.2.0.0.
The App Store presents the app, but the only option is "Open," not not the iCloud download Furthermore, the App Store Update has not given me versions 10.2.1, 10.2.2, or 10.2.3. I have deleted IFD100, restarted the iPad, and found that the App Store does present the iCloud download. But, downloading, IFD100 v10.2.0.0 is the version installed on the iPad.
What am I missing? Is the App Store broken? |

Tech Support thinks that the display of the version number on the IFD100 AUX/SYS/Status Software page is wrong. In other words, although 10.2.0.0 is displayed, the version is actually 10.2.4 and the version checking handshake between the App Store and my iPad is working correctly.
