Hi,
given your excellent integration of the DFC90 with the Aspen glass cockpit, I wonder if there is a chance to do the same with your stormscope. It would be great to get the color display it currently offers with the Avidyne MFD on the Aspen as well. Thanks! Achim

Hi Achim,
It's a great idea and one this is a candidate for a future release but we don't have any active effort on that front right now.

I now very much agree.
The Aspen MFD manual says the MFD will support the WX500 in both strike and cell mode, and that the Aspen can serve as display or control head for the WX500. Many of us who will have TWX670s and 540s and other Avidyne gear also have Aspens, so as complete a functionality as can be facilitated would be advantageous. |

I have the Aspen PFD Pro and MFD1000 as well as the TWX670.
For some strange reason the TWX will only work on the PFD uptill 15nm range (which obviously is to short a range). On the MFD it will not display at all.
The protocol is set to WX500.
From what I understand the position of both Aspen as well as Avidyne seems to be that this configuration is not supported persé. It may or may not work????

Not on our part. Just zero available bandwidth on our end to afford any time for now.
