   Does anyone still have a problem with Ghost targets being displayed very close to their plane since the 4.1 software for the MLB 100 came out.  I've been having that occur more frequently recently and attributed to the fact I had not upgraded to 4.1 yet but after installing 4.1 today, I had the same ghost target on my first flight.  Any ideas on the cause?
