Out of an abundance of caution and for the safety of our employees, we will be closing our Melbourne, FL manufacturing and office due to Hurricane Irma on Friday, Sept. 8th and Monday, Sept. 11th. All technical support representatives will be unavailable during this time. Any orders that were placed during this time may be delayed due to manufacturing shut down or shipping delays.

I will be available during this time (I am traveling to the Norman, OK AOPA so there may be some delay in response) to assist with any issues.

Thanks David. I hope it continues its easterly forecast trend. The latest Advisory, 030A, puts the center of the forecast cone right off the coast of MLB. Thankfully, our facility down there is well inland. The main concern is all of our employees.

Good luck, I spoke with Christine today and she sounded in good spirits.

Good luck & stay safe.

Texas is still recovering from Harvey.

Doug

PS: BTW, my IFD's worked flawlessly for the airlifts I did for the folks in Houston/Beaumont areas... thanks Avidyne!

Glad we could do our part, Doug!

As of yesterday morning (9/7), we have taken our servers offline, I doubt this message has made it through without them being online but just in case it has this is a heads up if you are experiencing issues accessing some items on the website. The main website should remain up at all times.

I hope everyone is doing ok!

Does anyone know when tech support will be back online?

Everything is back online. Tech support is busy clearing the backlog of trouble tickets that have been submitted.

That's great!  I hope the damage wasn't too bad.

Would they prefer a phone call (the number has been busy all morning) or email?  I'm sure they are swamped and want to make it as easy as possible.

If it is an urgent issue, I would call them and leave a message if it is still busy. If not, an email would make it through as well.
