   IFD 540. Trying to figure out what happened one evening at KHEF.  Had entered a FP, KHEF GVE KAVL, activated it, then entered the ARSENAL FIVE departure (at least that’s what i think I did).  The course lines would not show up on the screen.  Is there a scenario where the IFD gets confused if the departure is entered AFTER the route is activated?  What else might cause the route not to display after a FP is activated?

	The IFD map generally displays legs from the prior to the active leg through the end of the flight plan. If you entered origin KHEF, then GVE and KAVL, and then activated it, then the active leg would have been GVE. If you then entered the departure on KHEF, those legs would have been inserted prior to the active leg. That's why you didn't see the legs of the departure on the map.
