FAA is not only pursuing Navworx; their press release is trying Navworx in the court of public opinion.
Navworx no doubt will release its own press release. I don't think that the SkyTrax/MLB100 is affected, since it is in only. Avidyne should comment on this though with reference to the SkyTrax.
