I spoke with tech support and they are looking into this. Can anyone confirm if my settings are correct for the wired stratus 3i? It worked flawlessly on 10.3.1.2 and after upgrading I do not receive traffic and weather on my IFD. Instead I am shown "ADS-B Traffic Sensor Fault". I have no problems receiving ADS-B on my iPad. I was not able to transfer flight plan from iPad to IFD as well. My other avionics are Dual G5's, and a JPI 830

I don't have an in panel Stratus, I have a GTX 345, but it talks at 38,400 bps, and needs ADS-B+(G2) output from the IFD.

We have a Stratus ES and a 3i in our plane. I didn't think it was possible for the 3i to output traffic via RS232. My understanding is that the 3i only sends out ADS-B data via wifi. In which case you'd need to turn on Capstone in the IFD settings.
If your 3i is connected to the IFD via a serial connection I'd be interested in more info on that. From the documentation of the ESG/3i it seems that the serial connection is just between the ESG and the 3i unit. Jared
