I have noticed again that a lot of airways, especially in Germany, are not in the Jeppesen navigation data for the IFD. On a recent flight, 3 different airways were missing and I had to manually add each waypoint to the flight plan. Has Avidyne addressed this with Jeppesen? I could report my issues to them, but have pretty low expectations as to what they'd do with it.

3 out of the following 4 (I'd have to go back to the plane to check): L604, Z52, Z850, L602

All of those airways are in the database.  Make sure you have high and low altitude airways turned on in the setup options.  What's your database subscription coverage area?
