Gap in approach and break of ils ?

   The other day I was flying from Rotterdam EHRD to Annemasse LFLI .. Right next door to Geneva LSGG.

As we had a lot of headwind I was monitoring the fuel at landing closely along the route. At some point it actually showed -3 at landing.. Fortunately the wind settled down (which was forecasted) and our heading changed for a better angle after a certain waypoint. 

Then I started looking closely to the finaly stages of the flightplan. it was going to be DJL folllowed by the DJL1R arrival and ILS23 for LSGG and a breakof to LFLI.

2 things .. Unless I selected vtf rather then SPR it showed a gap in route.  Question 1 how do I resolve a gap in route?

Secondly I could only insert LFLI after the missed procedure. This means the whole missed procedure is calculated as well in my fuel at landing field. How do I resolve that??

	The FMS always predicts from the active leg forward through the end of the route and it assumes that you intend to fly a missed approach. It assumes one lap around a missed approach hold. There is no way to tell the FMS that you intend to skip the missed. Once a leg after the missed is activated, then the predictions will reflect the flight plan forward starting with the new active leg.

	Option 1: Scroll the cursor to highlight the gap, then press CLR. Option 2: With the cursor in the right position (I don't recall exactly), the FMS Butler line-select-key should also offer an option to "connect X with Y" or similar.
